  1. I'm going in today to a new doctor -- haven't had any follow up in 10 years, have gained 50 pounds back (about 10 pounds a year) after losing 150. Have been having some issues on and off that include a tremendous amount of mucus, throwing up, and difficulty eating when sitting down. A Lot of changes in my life these past 5 years and emotionally haven't been handling them well -- feel like issue is more emotional than physical, but figured I'd start with something tangible that i can see -- have the band looked at and adjusted if needed. Any advice and thoughts would be welcome.... TIA
