no your not alone I am right there with you right now I am 26 yrs old have been big my entire life and had health problems a good bit of that I got banded in March 2008 did great the first year lost down from 343 to 262 felt great loved it then out of no where i fell off the wagon and dont think I have ever got back on I have even tried diet pills and diff diets while being banded so if you have any addvice on how to keep going or how to start over plez email me at nlacy1983@netzero.com thanks bye

Thank you so much for your inspiration I am also 21/2 yrs out 26 yrs old and off of the wagon I am depressed I hate myself any advice on how to start again we are gonna renew our wedding vows in 2 yrs on our 10th annvs I didnt get to wear a real wedding dress when we first got married I looked like I had a tablecloth on and now I want to knock my very wonderful supportive husband socks off and make myself feel good if you have any advice please email me at nlacy1983@netzero.com god bless.

I just want to comend u on your wonderful weight lose and attitude toward everything we have a few things in common right now I am sitting here feeling like a failure I have been post opt for 2 1/2 yrs did great the first yr and went down after that i have still kelp off 40lbs but gained the other back I am actually the smallest I have ever been since I have been married and we will be married 8 yrs. next month we are trying for a baby have been were going into our 15 month now and by gainning a few lbs bk I feel like a failure I just wish I could start over, there is things that I have never got to do in life and want to be able to we will renew our vows in 2 yrs and I want to wear a real wedding dress then I couldnt when we first got married , I am also in the works of opening up my own business from scratch just like you but I just wanted to say thank you for your blog it is truly a blessing to ready it good luck and god bless.
