  1. CW 153.4 height 6 ' I can wear anything from a size 10 to a size 6, depending upon the style. If you are carrying weight in your thighs and hips I would recommend looking for the words curvy fit in the pants description. They are sized to accommodate a more rounded butt and bigger thighs. I can wear a size 6 from old navy, curvy fit pants but need a 10 from AEO. I usually buy a size 8 in brands that are not cut for no curve having teenagers or cut as generously as Old Navy cuts their pants.
  2. I got below goal last challenge and it's already bounced up some. Let's see what we can accomplish this time! CW 152.6 GW 150 Susan
  3. Final weigh in for this challenge and I'm loving my number 151 Thanks for doing this challenge, Steph! Susan
  4. Congratulations! ???? Susan
  5. 151.4 I stayed off the scales this week. I had to weigh myself twice this morning. I couldn't believe my eyes. ???? Susan
  6. It's most likely the hormones being released into your body from your shrinking fat stores. Talk to your surgeon and see if they have a recommendation. I wouldn't recommend smoking anything since smoking impairs your body's ability to heal. Just try to stay away from any anger triggers. This too shall pass. Susan
  7. Getting my weight in early for this week. 154.4 ???? Susan
  8. Good luck. You should never hesitate to talk to your doctor. He is there to help you get healthy! (Don't let his bedside manner intimidate you!)
  9. I no longer have a lap band, but I would recommend getting to your doctor and getting his opinion. The sooner you get a hold on the weight the gain, the less you will have to get back off. Isn't the point of the band that you can go in for fills or adjustments to get yourself at a healthy weight? Susan
  10. They use something like this in Britain. If you watch Fat Doctor on Hulu, the surgeon uses it in patients who need to get to a lower weight to safely have other WL surgeries. Susan
  11. I saw this online and thought others might find it interesting http://www.refinery29.com/elna-baker-weight-loss-surgery-loose-skin#.ybujgc:4924
  12. Hang tough!!! This is all normal. In a few weeks, you're going to start feeling normal again. I didn't start feeling good again until after my six week check up and was given the ok to start introducing solid Protein. Keep following your surgeons orders and rest as much as you can. Susan
  13. I'm almost embarrassingly weak to admit I have to not bring sugary items Into the house. I am not always strong enough to leave it in the store, but I absolutely agree with this statement. Saying no in the store is always easier than resisting something that's calling from the kitchen! Susan
  14. I went to Walmart and I'm glad I did. I bought the BBQ one and a jalapeño flavored one. I had the jalapeño one on the car ride home and it was delicious! Susan
