Hi all havent been all hear since forever iv lost 3 stone 6 pounds since last september. I found it helps alot to count calories iv got an app for my phone that i write everthing down on. before i done this my w8 just was not moving at all. Also i got my firts pare of size 10 jeans happy days lol still a long way to go thow as im top heavy : ( P.S my ticker is wrong i cant fix it without slinkys help -

Hi Blondy I got banded in october the day after i was sore but i managed to go up the town. The worst part was siting and getig up agane but it dose get better in a few days good luck -

Hi im 22 and got banded in october this year. I have lost 2 stone so far. dont wory about the whole throwing up thing it just a bit weard. An siting at a computer wont be bad it will hurt a bit when get up and sit down but u will be fine. and u will still be able to cook just without beef and bread lol. wear r u geting banded?? and good luck for 2 mara -

Hi im 22 and i got banded last year i think its great.I have lost 2 stone since october.. Dont worry to much about being sick its not like vomating its just weard. And the whole siting thing it will be a bit sore for a wile but it gets better. wear r u getting banded ?? and good luck -
