  1. I am looking at Dr. Montgomery although I live in the South end (Kent) and would like something closer. Did your insurance cover or did you have to do self-pay?
  2. Anyone from Washington State that has been banded? What doctor did you use?
  3. I am researching having lapband surgery. I have type 2 diabetes. I see that many have done a 10 liquid diet prior to their surgery. I take 6 different medications for my diabetes and and wondering how others with diabetes manager their blood sugars during the liquid diet stage. Thanks
