Although I LOVE Sam, it was time for him to go. He's at goal. Michael still has lots of weight to lose and needs to stay at the ranch. Sam will not win the finale, because he's lost as much as he's going to lose. I didn't like Koli's new look. Some of them needed help with styling (pink, Darious and Koli)--there outfits were horrid. Sam is SEXY!!!!!!

It happend to me on my first fill. As it turned out, my port had flipped. I had to go in for day surgery (more like minute surgery). Although you're under anestesia, it's very light. Haven't had any problems since. I've been banded for almost 3 years now.

Congratulations!!! I had a sale when my clothing size changed and made over 1000.00 (by myself). The key is advertising. I posted it on craigslist, e-mailed it to all of my friends and asked them to forward it to their friends and spent $34.00 to have it advertised in the newspaper. It was a great investment. First....I hate the embedded "commercials" for products--so scripted and fake.....UGH!!! Second--the "GREEN TEAM"---funky atttitudes!!!! The 2lb disadvantage had to go to someone...so why be mad??? Third--the "RED TEAM"--game players--and there's nothing wrong with that. IT IS A GAME!!! Just don't lie about it. It amazes me that in 9 seasons, the contestants and fans act surprised when someone throws the weight, they are all bawling or begins to take it persona.

HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!! Jillian said that the lady on the red team threw her weight when she only lost 1 lb. What does losing a small amount do to the game? How is iit strategic play?

I have a measuring cup. I try to eat no more than a cup of food at a time. 4oz of meat and 1/2 cup of veggies. If you're having feelings of stuck--you need to go to the doctor---you may be too tight

May I ask what procedures you had done and how much it cost?

Jachut: I am so in agreement for not going into debt. I have actually taken classes at my church about finances. I am single, no kids, so that's not a hinerance. I am thinking that I will take out a flex-spending account with my job next year and just save----one procedure at a time. lbndoc---you won't go to hell for lying. You only go to hell for not accepting Jesus as Savior. It's a moral issue for me--so I can't lie about it.

Thanks for the advice. The only problem is that I have no problems....no infection, no rash...NUFFIN!!!! It's purely cosmetic. So, I guess I'll have to decide what I want first and then begin saving.
