Yes keep blogging I need to get on here more. I'm 5 weeks post op and I have my first fill tomorrow but according to most of the blogs it sounds like I have nothing to worry about. I feel no restriction so I'm hoping I will after the fill. I'm going mostly off of will power right now but I'm ready for the change either way.

I'm so glad you posted this blog cause I feel guilty as well for being hungry and I never feel full. My friend is still not hungry and we had ours done at the same time. I can easily eat more then I'm supposed to It's all will power at this point. My first fill is next Thursday and I hope it gives me some restriction. Good luck and stay strong.

I had my surgery yesterday 7/26 and I'm still very sore and have lots of gas pain. I had a hyatal hernia that was fixed as well. Most of my pain is under my right boob. Very painful contractions there. I'm walking quite a bit and I was able to drink 2 crystal lites and 1 protein drink today. I was 228 when I first started my journey and weighed in at 216 yesterday prior to surgery. I can't wait to get started on my program. Good luck to all you guys that are still waiting it's not so bad. Walk, Walk, Walk...

Wow that is so exciting. I'm still waiting to get banded. But this gives me great inspiration - 31 days to go... Good Job - God Bless
  6. I'll be praying for you - The world might fail us but God never will. My suggestion is to surround yourself with positive christian people and pray. I too went through alot and the only way out was God. Also please see your doctor maybe the need to take out some of the fill so you can eat. You need to eat. Good luck - I have not had the band yet - I have a month left to go.

My first Blog. I'm so scared :frown: and excited :tongue2: - I'm still waiting on the insurance approval but they seem confident. My date if approved will be July 26th 2010. I have 88lbs to go. Seems so far away but I know God  will get me through this. Thanks for all the blogs - just reading alot of them today now that I'm starting to feel like I'm almost there. Thanks for all the inspiration and good luck to you all. I'll keep you posted....
