  1. I'm in Middle Georgia.
  2. I called back and someone else said a general surgeon but my gosh do you know how many hundreds of general surgeons there are to call in my area. I looked under lap band but they all come back to bariactric and that won't work.
  3. I just found out from my insurance company that I do have coverage. Hallalulah BUT the representative that I spoke to said we don't cover a bariatric dr so you would have to find out another type of physician who does it. Well that lost me. She said some cardiologist perform the surgery. Anyways, what type of dr would I look under or search for on the web? Thanks
  4. Thanks Lisa It's nice to know that a binge eater can recover. Sandra
  5. did the surgery help you with that or do you still struggle with it. I know several people who have had the surgery but because they are binge eaters they still struggle with the weight. Any feedback is appreciated.
  6. Thanks so much everyone. I appreciate it.
  7. Hello EVeryone I've just decided to look into the Lap Surgery but I have a question. What exactly are the fills and how often do you get them? Also, when you get a fill, is it a one day thing or do you stay overnight? Can you go back to work the same day. Any extra info is appreciated. Also, for the ones who travel outside the US, doesn't it end up costing the same because of Air Flight Cost and having to go back and forth for the fills? Thanks in advance. Sandra Georgia
