I have been overweight all my life, my mom brought up the idea of a lap band surgery, once I looked into it I knew I was going to have this surgery. I went to the seminar of november 2009, started going to nutritionist appt.'s in february and met with Dr. Chua in April, insurence accepted preauthorization in May and I have my surgery scheduled for the first week in august. Very excited to start my new life with the lap band!!!
