I am pre-surgery. Going to meet with nutrionist and psych doctor in a few days. I have tried for about five years to lose weight. It just won't come off as it did when I was 20 years younger. On every diet I am always starving and too weak to exercise. I am hoping that the lap band helps solve those problems.
