my name is sabrina. i have been over weight for all my adult life. my mother in law had the lap band done when it first came out and she is a complete success story. she works for a surgeon and had encouraged me to get the lap band. i am tired of being unhealthy and depressed by the way i look. i know i have a pretty face but its not enough. my father is diabetic and i take after him so much. hes so worried that i will become diabetic also if i dont lose weight. i have been having some light health issues nothing too seriouse but very uncomfortable. so now here i am waiting for the approval letter from my insurance company. i have had my first consultation appointment with my docter and his team. they are confident that i will beable to get the lap band done. so right now i am crossing my fingers. i will keep my profile updates
