  1. Ok here goes. I was banded on June 3rd. I have been feeling really good, pretty easy surgery for the most part. Last night I was craving salt like nobody's business. So I popped a few sunflower seeds in my mouth to suck on then I was going to spit them out. Yep, it happen I swallowed a whole one. I can feel it in my throat when I swollow. I had yogurt earlier and that went down fine, water, warm tea. I am kicking myself right now, I can't believe I did something sooooo dumb. And I am far too embarrassed to call my doctor at this point. I am hoping it will go down since I am newly banded it should go through right? Any ideas??????????
