  1. Hi I am a single mom also of two children ages 11 and 3. I've had the band for 2 months and would like to have a buddy also. So far i've lost 36 pounds and I had my first fill of 5ccs yesterday. I would love to have someone to buddy with.
  2. Hi...I used to eat popsicles to help. Maybe it's the cold that curbs the hunger. Just keep thinking to yourself "soon I will be on soft food" I am 2 months post op and was told I could eat "regular food" but I actually like the soft foods better. I eat WAY more fish than I ever ate and my hair is actually growing. I probably eat more protien now than I did before the surgery (I love carbs). I had the surgery April 8, 2010 and so far i've lost 36 pounds. I had my first fill yesterday of 5cc (not plesant) I am back to eating very little again and my esophgus feels swollen - I hope it feels better soon.
