I have been overweight the majority of my adult life.  Even though I consider myself an active person and even with lap band surgery, I can't seem to get to the goal that I have set for myself.  I have lost 30 pounds post op, and desire to lose 50 more.  I went into the surgery knowing that it was not a quick fix, that I had to reprogram my thoughts of eating and why I would eat at certain times.  I have seen a lot of people have bariatric surgery thinking that they would not have to do a thing and they would end up looking like a barbie doll, only to find that two years after the surgery, they have gained the weight back and then some.  I don't want to be that story.  I need motivation, I need to know that the hard work I put in, will pay off.  I can come up with a ton of excuses......and have always said that I get confused sometimes by how many diets I have been on (I do atkins for breakfast, WW for lunch, and The Zone for dinner...LOL).  I would love to find a meal plan that is of normal food that we can buy at the local store and that I am familiar with.  I do have trouble eating breads, cabbage, soft meats (slow cooked meats), and have a hard time keeping food down in the mornings.  I have been off track and need to get back on.  Here is a list of what I normally eat in a day (yes, I see where the problem is, but somedays, this is what I can keep down)Mocha3 choc chip cookiespopcornnachos/salsacrackers
I have to get back to drinking one hour after a meal, taking all my vitamins and Iron supplements and drinking the required amounts of water.  I just need motivational help.  I have found the love of my life and know that I will marry him someday, and I want to look better than ever for the occasion, so I need to start now.  Can anyone out there help me??????  Please????
