Was told by dietician that if i did not lose at least 50kgs i would never get pregnant.. to do this before i turned 40 i had to do i fast.. lap band was offered.. we looked into it and got in with in 2 months... since then lost 47kgs (80kgs)  and fell pregnant within 9months of surgery...am now the proud mum to twin boys now 3months old...during my whole pregnancy i never got morning sickness, ankle swelling, back pain....only gained 21kgs (both boys were born at 38weeks weighing 3kgs each)  Lost 12.4kgs in my first week then got down to 84kgs - but am now slipping between 88 - 85...now 2months is up going to get some put in and start getting serious again to get down to goal weight.
