Hi everybody my name is Letty. I had lap band surgery in 2010. At first I lost 50 lbs, then I got stuck at the same weight. I got discouraged so I have not seen my doctor since august of this year. Cause I gain my weight back . I feel like I fell at my weight loss and my doctor will be mad and disappoint at me. I want to see my doctor but I am scared.. Help I feel so alone..... -

Thanks everyone for the advise and support. I really needed the support right now. I am going to call the doctor on Monday morning for appt. I really not know how to use this website to talk to other people but weight loss struggles, etc. -
Sorry to hear that. I thought I was frustrated with my weight lose. I was band in Nov.19,2010. And its been 2 months, 5 days. So far I lose 16 lbs. I feel like i should lose more weight. I am going up & down on my weight. So to me that very frustrated. But i try to be patient with ever thing. I went satuarday and got my second fill. I am hoping this helps me. Cause if feel like I still eat to much. HANG IN THERE!!! You will see u start to lose weight.... Do u get on the scale ever day? Cause i do ...

Hi, calicoskiesNC My surgery date also on Nov.19,2010.. I feel the same way as u do... but at the end it will be find.. PLUS think of how skinny and hot we going to be. Thats what i think about.lol I am going to be skinny, hot, and sexy. :crying: yea baby!!!! -

I am emotion too and i haven't even had my surgery yet.. So emotion i kind know what u mean... i am excited and very scared at the same time... I have 3 kids..I am 30 years old and weight 350lbs.. 11 years ago i weight 150 lbs before my kids.. i hope we can became good friend and take this journey together.. talk to u later..:thumbup:

hi my name is letty.. my surgery date is Nov.19,2010... i having the same problem with find protein shakes that taste good and have 100 to 250 Calories / more than 14 grams of protein.. someone told me about a shake u can by from FRESH and EASY Store. Is call PURE PROTEIN.. it comes in a can, it has 35 grams of protein, it has 170 calories.. it comes in three flavors cookies n cream, vallian cream, chocolate. its ok in taste... but this is the only one i find in high protein, low calories... -
