Banded April 26th and have hit a plateau, i appear to be losing inches... but the scale has not been moving the dietician believes that i am not eating enough. i go for my first fill in june, will the results increase after that???? starting to get VERY discouraged.... advice please......

I was wondering the same thing, i was just recently banded Tuesday April 26th.... The tissue surrounding the port is very tender and hurts when I bend forward.... is that common

I am now officially a bandster.... Surgery went well found out that I had a small hernia, which he repaired.... But how long does the gas pains/abdominal discomfort last??? I have been walking and no relief, I never thought I'd imagine myself saying, how bad I wanna fart and burp. (not trying to be ignorant, just keeping it real). I dont have much of an appetite yet....Cant get pass the gas pains , Im useing gas-x like crazy...ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!!!

Dont give up, in my opinion Tricare is giving you the run around , I did not have to see a nutritionist for approval only a psycologist no physician supervised diet, I was approved in a week.... Please dont give up and I wish you the best of luck, Im scheduled for surgery April 26th....so nervous but sooo excited....

I started my pre-op diet on Tuesday April 19th, its not as bad as i thought....Im just sooo nervous about surgery, Im afraid of being put to sleep....

Has anyone been banded by Dr. St. Laurent or Dr. Speigal in Houston, if do what was your experience and would you recommend them
