  1. I can totally related! I am 6 2 and the 'normal' weight for me would be less than when I was in high school - when I was a tall skinny girl! Don't let anyone tell you what is right for you. I didn't go into this to be skinny - just healthy. I think that I will know when I get there - but it will be my decision. You are doing awesome - congrats!
  2. Yes, I can keep liquids down - just feel it going down. I just miss being able to eat - even mushy! I appreciate the input - new experience for me! :smile2:
  3. I had my second fill last Thursday - and I can still feel every swallow of liquid that I take. It is not painful but very uncomfortable! I have never experienced restriction before - is this normal or do I need to have a little taken out? Surgery was April 27, 2010 - and doing well w/o restriction - this is a little intense? Thought? Suggestions? Thanks.
  4. Jilly - don't freak out! I was banded on April 27th and I have followed my diet as directed. I have not vomited or PBed at all. I just remember to chew well and eat slowly. Each person is different - you journey will be your own - don't let the experience of others derail you. Take it one day at a time!
  5. Hi all! I was banded on April 27th and doing pretty well. I don't have my first fill until June 10th and was wondering - do the fills hurt? Good luck to all!
  6. I was banded on the 27th - and supposed to go back to work tomorrow but sooooo weak!
