  1. I find that a small bowl of high fiber cereal seems to help, though I would much rather have a brownie or a dish of ice cream!!!
  2. I had my surgery in 10/08 and have lost about 40+ lbs. Is it at much as I had hoped- No! But at least I have 40 lbs less fat to carry around. I do not understand why sometimes food goes down and other times the same food comes back. I cannot eat solid food in the AM- My MD says its because I retain fliud at night. Sometimes I go several days and can only do Protein shakes. Other times can eat as much as pre sugery. Tonight I ate a lg. grilled chicken salad. Two days ago I tried the same salad and lost it after I ate less than 1/4 of it. The unpredictable nature of what I can eat makes it very difficult. Has anyone else experienced so much erratic food problems.
