  1. Thank you so much. I will try those!
  2. Thank you for the suggestion. I am going to sound really stupid but is there pills that are Probiotics like Vitamins or is that the activia yogurt? I don't know. Sorry- I have never taken probiotics b4.
  3. I was sleeved on 6/9/10 with Dr. Aceves and tried to watch Netflix in Mexico. I received the same page. I could not watch Netflix in Mexico. The only thing I can suggest is if you get Netflix movies delivered to your house you can bring those with to watch. Otherwise Netflix is not available in Mexicali, Mexico. Sorry.
  4. Thank you Millie. I am going to try to just hang in there and believe it will get better. I appreciate your support!
  5. I know how you feel. Since my pre-op diet I have had diarrhea and have had to take Fiber and other things to try to solidify it. I know people don't like to talk about this but it is something that needs to be dealt with. Before my pre-op diet I was always constipated. After my surgery also I have had diarrhea consistently. Just a few days ago I finally got a semi-solid stool. It is really frustrating. I too can eat very little and have to wait and wait to try to add more food. I am wondering if it is gastritis or stomach swelling or something similar. I just added the new thread titled "feeling sickly". I had been on 7 days of anti-biotics during the last month of diarrhea so it shouldn't be a bacteria infection (although I know there are different types). I too would like some kind of answer. If anyone else has an answer or idea, I would love to hear it - or if there is any doctor that can reply....would be great! I am tired of feeling sick and also having trouble eating. I would feel better not eating at all. Just plugging through every day, believing it will get better!
  6. Does anyone feel sort of sickly every day? I know I do and I am really tired of it. Am I the only one? I haven't seen anyone else mention this. I have only recently been sleeved. I try to get all my protein in. I just feel tired and weak and almost like I am coming down with something...every day. I can't take any pain medicine which I think would help me feel better. I have tried children's liquid ibuprofen. I am afraid of taking anything that might make my blood too thin. Does anyone else have this?
  7. I just got sleeved on 6/9/10 with Dr. Aceves. We have a Netflix account and I tried to get on down there and Netflix wouldn't open up. It wasn't the connection it was Netflix. You might want to call Netflix and see if there is anything stopping you from being able to use the service in Mexico. Just a hint. I was dissapointed too, I wanted to see a movie and couldn't. 8. Where can I find the 5 day pouch test the Tiffykins suggested? Tlynnles VSG 6/9/10 Dr. Aceves
  9. :glare:OK-How do you add the tickers???? http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wWgLRHS/
  10. :sad0: Pennie; I am having a hard time too. Sometimes I am ok and other times....wow! I want to go to a cognitive behavioral therapist. Since I don't do drugs or alcohol the food was my DOC (drug of choice) and now my stomach is dictating to me what and how much I can eat. Since I have had this done (VSG 6/9/10) I feel like it is something I had to do because I was killing myself. Boy did it feel like I was dying...slowly. I feel like the Matthew 5:30; "If your right hand makes you stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to go into hell." I want to eat so much of the gooooooooooooooooooooooood food that is out there. Oh man. Now my addiction is controlling me. It won't let me eat certain things or I get a stomach ache or if I want to take more than 3 bites.....AHHHHHH!!!!:drool5: It's terrible. I know how you feel. I know it is necessary. I know I will feel better. But boy, can your mind make you crave. Now I have to do mental work on that! I know the boat you are in and you are not alone. Feel free to contact me anytime or even e-mail me if you need to talk. I need support too. This is tough. I knew it would be....but mannnnnnnnn! Tlynnles tlynnles4@yahoo.com VSG on 6/9/10 Dr. Aceves

Please keep me posted on how you are and anything you hear for pre-op as I will be needing to do the same thing. If the Dr. gets back to me soon enough we could be in the hospital together!!!
