Hi I was just wondering if anyone has been banded in Asheville NC and if they did how was their experience? I am starting the process with my orientation scheduled for tuesday. I am a little worried because I have not talked to anyone who had the procedure done in Asheville and really wanted some feedback. I hope to hear soon! ps how long did the process take?

Hi everyone my name is Heather and I am 26 years old, I am considering the lapband due to my weight has increased to 280 pounds. I have an amazing husband who is in the army and a beautiful daughter that I want to be around for! I go to the orientation class next week and am scared. I have questions such as "Have I done everything on my own to lose the weight?" "How will this affect my family?" "Willit hurt?" I was hoping to get some input from others to see how they felt as they atarted going through the process and would you do it again? Thank you and God Bless.
