  1. You are my inspiration! My friends told me it would be very difficult to lose the weight. See it can be done.
  2. I am 53 and was banded in March. My weight loss is now 33 pounds since the surgery. My next appointment for my second fill is next week. People are starting to notice but I still find myself doing just what you talked about, eating to fast and eating too much. It will be nice to have people my age to talk to about it. On the right track PS I want one of the weight trackers. I downloaded the app but it says I must get a pin number from someone. Anyone got one?
  3. I only hiccup when I eat too fast. Drinking a little water is the only thing that stops them and I can feel it in my throat.
  4. I bought a "Barely There" at Walmart that will hold me together during the day and at night. It helped a lot with the moving. It even stopped the rubbing of my clothing and the incisions.
  5. I have had my band for almost 2 months. I could not be happier. The old saying, "You get what you put into it" is very true. I am looking much better and people are starting to notice. I went to the movies today and took the stairs with ease and was not out of breath. Life is MUCH better.
