I have been up and down with my weight all my life. I finally had had enough of tight clothes and getting out of breath when I had to do something. Reading about the lap band gave me hope. A siminar was advertized in town. I went to the meeting and I was on the way. Things could not have been easier. I would recommend the procedure. It is the best thing I have ever done.
