9.5ml at present, yea , when you say bulky !???? whats eaxtly are you trying to eat ? i only been sick 2 since op , and both where trying to eat stuff dr adv would be hard to digest , strawberry and chicken ,

totally agree claire , prats like that put you off some thing that has certaintly changed my life for the better , if i had known i would of gladly paid double .... 4.5 stone in 3 months , Chris was brillaint ,....... hunnybee , just go for it , its your life no body elses ,

im just about to have my surgery in 5 wks , no mention of liquid diet , just advised to eat low fat food , , so would beat your selves up too much .....
