well what a interesting 6days , had fill thurs , rushed tospital sat had band emptied then removed tues by NHS as over fill had made it slip , not the best way to spend a weekend Cheers chris

thanks for all the advice , not getting much easier , had 2 tea spoons of yogurt thismorning and couple sips of tea , and thats it !!!!! i know its been a while since last fill 6 months ago , but cat rember it being this tight even after op, i suffer from aniexty to so dont think that helping , band seems to tighten when i stressed , got to the point last night when was i thinking of going to my local hospital to get defill , as theres a specialist there ( who incendently wouldnt give me the op on nhs in the 1st place , 3 year wait and the might not even get it ) or yea and 23.5 stone wasnt heavier enough !!!!!! mmmm love to know where he got that frm !!! ha ha ......sorry about rant ........... any body got freddy contact email or tel no ??? hoping it will settle in coupleof days tho, right im off to pinch my 2 year old ice lollies

Well i went for my appt with chris , the other chiris this time !!, he added 1.5ml and jesus its tights , could only manage 3 spoons of yougurt since thurs, now worried its too tight , tried weetabix this morning and got 2 spoons down , bit of a change from the usual 3 weetabix, any one out there had to have a defill ???? can you let me know how you felt ........... Im hoping i dont need one ( cos of cost ) but havnt felt like this before , pain in chest , even after couple mouth fulls of tea , My own fault though , chris wanted to put 1ml in , but smart arse here thought go on add a bit more ( what a muppett i am ) would hat to have to pay 100 to get 0.5ml , what a nitemare !!!!!!!!!!!! PS hope you are all well and the scale dial keeps going down

hello Folks , havnt bin on for ages . hope you are all doing well !!!!! I'm starting to get a bit concerned , how would i be able to tell if i have a leak ? I can eat alot more now, had 4 fills , and still eat ok sized meals , some things do get stuck ,however this is usual when im tense ( anxiety suffer ) i can eat 3 weetabix ,when had it done could only eat 1 just , eat normal sized ball of Pasta , etc ,,,,,,, any one out there come across this ????? or had leak and could descibe what its like !!!! thanks say well chris

well done , that step is the hardest !!!!!!! crakers where and still are a god send , started using them as soom as i left hospital , and still have stock in my kitchen cuboard ........

Hi folks , hope al doing well , claire congrats on 3 stone thats amazing well done . I had my 3rd fill about 3 wks ago , felt restriction straights away , but seems to of subsided now !!! bizare.... has any one else expeirence this ???? Still lost 6 stone on 3.5 months so i shouldnt grumble !!!! (wish my stomach wouldnt he he ) Not going to bother with next fill till after xmas now!!!! too many children in myhse wanting toys !!!! (how selfish of them ) ..... getting another little boy Feb so will be nice for him to see a slimmer dady !!!!! ha ha ha , I was suprised when i asked Dr chris about how much my band holds , he said 14ml ( jesus thats alot of £90 !!!!) or is that me bein stingy !!!!!! Still find it very bizare when people notice and comment on weight loss !!!!!!! ( not great at taking compliments,,,, ask the wife ) sorry about prattling on , havnt been on for a while Stay well X

9.5ml at present, yea , when you say bulky !???? whats eaxtly are you trying to eat ? i only been sick 2 since op , and both where trying to eat stuff dr adv would be hard to digest , strawberry and chicken ,

band been great !! lost 5.5 stone in 3 months , i got mine done in belgium 4k all in , great deal , I go to edinburgh to get fill wth the surgeon, i got it done with chris de bruyne , 90 per fill , over the moon at the min, any questions give me a shout !!!

totally agree claire , prats like that put you off some thing that has certaintly changed my life for the better , if i had known i would of gladly paid double .... 4.5 stone in 3 months , Chris was brillaint ,....... hunnybee , just go for it , its your life no body elses ,

hi folks , hope you are all well , i havnt had chance to post recently due to work ..... well im nearly past the 2 month mark AND have said goodbye to nearly four stone !!!! didnt believe it would go that qwickly !!!!! so pleased ,,,,,, dont regret it for one minute .... i have recently had my second fill ...... ha ha feeling it now !!!! only bin sick once up to then , but now im getting tight feeling in chest after just a little bit of food , for those of you who have hit the sweet spot , how much should i be able to eat ? i have my third fill in 3 wks , just abit worried it might be too soon !!!! any adv would be appretiated , ps any lunch and fruit suggestions , im getting sick of dutch crakers !!!!! ha ha . well done to all the new people banded and bravo t the long time banders still losing !!!! PPS tulia law is a crook ...... dont touch her with a barge poll ...... she may sound like Mr kipling's bit on the side , but she one crafty devious old lady ..... GO DIRECT with Chris

well done to all on your successs , for those havng hard time . keep faith it will work ......... well i did my weigh in yesterday , 4.5pnd lost this week , 2.3 stone since band , 3 stone since pre op diet , well chuffed !!!! still got a long way to go .......... i have started doing 30 min excersise a day + walking as much as possible , which i think does help , i do find it hard with hunger , but im being really strict with my portion sizes and havnt had any treats yet, for those who have hit a wall ,,,,, frederick advised me if this happens,to look at what i was eating and how much and reduce it also was i doing any excersise as it helps you losse 30% faster, Good luck

well done chuck !!!! thats great news ....... i havnt stepped on scales this week ,I have been really good up to now , cant say that first fill has made much difference tho , 2nd one due 28th sep, thinking of going early oct for third , will do weigh in tommorow and let you know ,,,,,

Got my first fill next week , a little soon for my liking but because of wrk comitments , it was then or xmas !!!! mmm xmas now theres a thought !!! xmas with stuffing myself stupid ...... wonder what thats like ..... ha ha ha ,,,,, Keep up the good work and rest keep the faith it will happen ..............

hi happy flower , just a word of causion with eurpean surgery or french cosmetics as they are also known , tulia is a nightmare after you have paid , cancelling at short notice and creating inventive excuses why you surgery has been put back , you can go direct for exactly the same money plus dr chris sorts out your taxi ,........ read other dr chris threads ..... there is loads of people who have been lied to and had trouble going through this company ........ www.ecfs.be is the direct website for the surgoen and frederick , if you have any problem with tulia , you cant go direct to hospital as its states in your contract you will lose all your money , so you cant check if you are being told a load of crap !!!! as many people have been in the past ......

wa hoo 7days today i took the plunge , stepped on the scales and 12pnds lost in a week !!!!! got to be honest apart from a little discomfort and the odd bit of pain im feeling great !!!!! Hey new guys dont stress about drain it doest go far in and you can't feel its there , Any of you experieced banders know whats type of fruit we can eat after mushy stage !!!!!!

hi full fat , have you spoken to frederick ??? check if op booked in with him , do you have his contact details ??? i intend to make it my mission to make people aware of what a nitemare she is , i had some one over at same time as me who she gave excuse to , and they just said tuff , my flights are booked so sorted or im taking you to court, threaten to ruin her reputation , tell her you know lots of people who have been stiffed , mention trading standards etc ,,,,dont take it lieing down , thats how she gets away with it all the time ,,,,,,,,,,
