I think we should start our exercise plan in march. I think by then all of the January bandsters should be healed enough to begin our programs. Whst do you think?

Hi All - I am 7 days post op. So far I am 11 pounds lighter!! This is amazing. My abdominals still hurt a great deal but I am working through the pain.

Hi Everyon - I am home now. Surgery was tough, I feel like I have been punched in the stomach by an elephant. I am determined to not tal=ke pain medicine...I am afraid to get sick. I ahve been on a tylenol regimine and all seems weel. How long were you sore past surgery?

Babygot back - What brand of split pea soup are you eating? I am having surgery on the 2/2/2007 and want to be prepared.

I am scheduled! Friday, February 2 is my date. I am going to miss my January roup by 2 days. Any objection if I stay with this group?

So far I am scheduled for January 29 - it may be moved up if there is a cancellation.

I will be banded in January. Let's get our January group started. I have been approved and will schedule my January surgery date in 2 weeks. I simply can not wait!
