I am a 54 year old woman. I have been morbidly obese for 10 years and before that obese for an additional 10 years. My problem started with 2 back injuries that cumulated in back surgery. Then a foot injury that resulted in 3 surgeries. In essence, I slowed down...alot. I am now post lap band and have lost 11.2 pounds in the first week. Yes, I know, that this is mostly water weight, but, still happy!!!
