  1. Cool thank you for that. Everyone is different. Hopefully it doesnt get to you like it did me. Good luck
  2. So, i have been out of surgery for 1 week now and I am liquid shakes. OMG!! I cant shake this Diarrhea. I take the shakes and here come the runs. They told me I had to be on these for a while but God dang I am tired of having to run to the restroom every couple of hours. What did you guys do to cope? or is this problem only with me? Thanks guys. Oh, yeah where do you guys get those neat little weight loss tickers you guys have at the bottom of each post?
  3. I am about 4 days out of surgery and my wife and I argued over whether we can eat rice. She claims it expands in your stomach and doesnt go down easy. What do you guys think?
  4. So, FINALLY after dealing with the stupid EXPLETIVE EXPLETIVE weight loss center in Beverly Hills its finally over and my wife and I got a surgery date for August 26th at St Josephs instead. YAY!!!! I started my pre-op liquid diet for 2 weeks!!! First day is pretty good especially since I had my last big meal last night. J My last meal of choice…. You guessed it, im in the west coast so I went with In & Out (2 burgers). I have to say it tasted the best it has ever tasted. Question about the liquid diet? Can I have and juices, coffee or tea? I am attending a party on Saturday and I was wondering if I can even have a couple of cocktails, or is this something where I can only have water and the liquid shakes??? What do you guys think?
  5. I will be getting my endoscopy this weekend but i was wondering about the beer part. I heard you were able to drink Guniess Is Guiness Carbonated? Is it ok to drink after being banded?
  6. Same here it will take hard work and we have to change eating habits but who said it would be a walk in the park. Losing weight is never easy. Starting those habits before the surgery is a great idea. I will also be practicing. Eating and not drinking at the same time will be difficult for me as well. Mostly it will be the Beer. I LOVE BEER. Breaking news!!!! My wife and I are getting our endoscopy April 3rd. Im excited.
  7. HOLY CRAP!!! we went into the seminar last week and we already got approved!! My wife and I are scheduled to go and get our endoscopys in 1 week. How long after the endoscopy do we have the procedure done? Its coming down to the wire. I dont know if im excited, nervous or doutbful.
  8. Hello all!!!!!!!! I am a newbit to this forum and it has taking me a very long time to finally be waiting on a date for my surgery. I hope this is a good idea. If i dont lose weight on this i will be big forever. :Banane20: :Banane20:
