  1. I used Dr. Alanis for my lapband surgery and he is a really good Dr. always there to answer any questions you may have, and was a great surgeon no problems.
  2. My experience will pill crushing is get used to it....I tried taking the smallest pill that I take and it got stuck...mix it with vanilla yogurt and it will not be a problem...I too take some pretty nasty tasting meds....
  3. Bombero here...I am 50 banded on 1/31/08 had lost 22 lbs my first dr. visit...and am down another 4 as of today for a total of 26. Years of beer drinking payed a big part of my weight gain...that is behind me now and am looking forward to a healthier life style and a lot more weight loss...
  4. A sleep study is no big deal. They will watch and monitor your sleep throughout the night...to observe if you stop breathing while sleeping. Then they will determine if you have sleep apnea and determine if you need a CPAP machine.
