Wow.....I have read your post 3 times.....I am so amazed when I hear peoples story....My surgery is April 23rd.....And losing weight means the posiblity of getting my mobility back...My severe scoliosis and degeneration has been so hindered by my obesity....Thanks for your post.....RUMBA hear I come!!! lol Keep up the good work. dawn

My surgery is April 23rd.....super excited!!!! on day 6 of my 14day pre-op diet. Not so crazzy about the Optifast, but doing what I got to do!!!! One day at a time. Looking forward to learning and sharing from all of you. Dawn
