I'm like many other people who have struggled with Yoyo dieting. Addicted to a diet of fast food and unhealthy food decisions. I have been heavy all of my adult life starting in college. I am desperately hoping that I can do this. My body is starting to break down under the weight and I don't want to go thru the loose /gain cycle anymore.
