I have struggled with my weight for many years. I tried several diets and had success with most but the weight always came back. I have been seeing a lot of commercials for lapband but wasn't sure if it was for me. One day I just decided to go to the seminar for information purposes. After taking a picture at my company holiday party, someone saw it and asked if I was expecting. This was confirmation that the lap band was the way to go. So far I have done all of the necessary requirements and I am just waiting for my 5 months to be up. It is a requirement from my insurance company. I am so excited about taking a new journey and I hope to find other people to take this journey with me, ones who have had it or about to.
