**GASP** yup, LOTS of baby shopping ... his early wardrobe is about 85% complete - - i initially said 95, but hey, who cant use more clothes?? :tongue: we went to the outlet in Allen ... holy crap i could spend a fortune there. we bought him his first pair of Cons ... size 1, they are about as long as my pinky!! yeah and what is up with the cold weather? i hate cold weather!!! :sad_smile:

not at all.... i feel closer to people i've "met" online than i do people i know IRL.... re xmas cards... yeah, not happening this year i think ... i still have to write and send thank you cards from my baby shower a week ago... :thumbup:

no, you dont have forever ... :thumbup: you are 1/2 way there! use this time to prepare everything... wish i would have started sooner. i think the reason docs dont like people to use at home dopplers is because if you dont hear the HB, you freak (I DID!!) and they can hide really well and 'dig deep' inside your uterus. a tip that may help you feel some movement... drink a BIG glass of OJ - more than 10-12 ounces... gulp it if you can. then lay down in on couch or bed on your LEFT side (they like it - right side interferes with a nerve or something??)... try to be as still as possible... i tend to kinda roll up in a ball and scrunch my tummy a bit. the first few movements kinda feel like fingers lightly tapping from the inside out... good luck!

it was cute and she was relatively good... she LOVES to talk and talk and talk (non-stop most times), but she only got antsy when she was out of popcorn... :thumbup:

i dont think the paranoia ends... i still get paranoid... FF - i didnt feel until i hit 21 weeks on the nose... try not to worry.... on your doppler you should be able to hear him/her (gender yet??) move. its very distinct... almost like a 'swish'... maybe when you have your next OB appt, you can ask your OB if she can point it out for you. i hit 30 weeks today and just cannot believe i have 10 or fewer weeks to go... SOOOOOOOOOO much to do!! GAHHHH!!!

happy Friday everyone! DD and I are going to see "Bolt" this morning... keep your fingers crossed, it's our first trip to the theater and she loves to chat!!

Ejm - i agree with the sour flavors. the ONLY thing i wanted when i had my morning sickness was a Sonic Lime Fresh Fruit Slushee ... **drool** i literally had 3-4 HUGE ones a week. now i cant even look at them. LOL

but then she'll just say that the prize 'just wasnt worth it'... :smile2: and what was with the challenge last night? too afraid to drop 12 feet into water? puhleeeeze ... she just wanted to bring the attention to her!!

pjtp - some f'er decapitated my dad's Santa last night... OMG, it was really funny... cops came and everything... kids got to go in the car and they turned on the siren and everything .. all at 7:30 this morning.. fun times. happy thanksgiving everyone!

my in laws live in CANADA... wooo hooo... they dont really care for me cause i'm not a skinny Chinese girl, but i think i may be growing on them since i'm giving them a grandson... too bad i cant say the same for them growing on me...
