  1. I went to Mexico and saw Dr. Ortiz and had a great experience. I would just say to stay in your hotel and you will be fine. No walking around, I hear alot of stuff so I avoid any thing that would put me in a position to be in stuff. The clinic was fabulous and the staff was great. I just went down this week for my 1st fill and that is the only place I will ever go for fills. You will do just fine.
  2. I am getting banded in April and I have been reading alot about the pre op shake diets everyone is doing. My nutritionist has me doing a protien shake at breakfast and one at lunch as long as they are not over 225 cal (I have left over medifast shakes at 90 cals each) all the salad I can eat, green only veggies on it with salad spritzer and in the evening a lean cuisine. I am doing it for the one month before my surgery and I am losing, only been on it for a week ( so I will technically be on it less than a month), The only problem I have is that I am eating so much veggies I fart alot (so much for the ozone layer) Nuzzah
