From day 3 on to day 13 (today) I have been eating a lot of soups. At first I blended each one very well, now I can have a few chunks. Corn chowder and cream of tomatoe have tasted the best. Also mashed potatoes go down well, just mix in more milk than usual. The instant ones that come boxed are pretty good. That with hot chocolate, tea and protien drinks have pretty much satisified me.

Had a bad day woke up from a nap covered in diarrahea, then pb juice on the cat. Any advice?

I know I am excited and nervous at the same time, I bet all of us are going to have a hard time sleeping tonight!! Congrats to all my band day buddies!!

How did you get off of it. I am trying to wean myself off and I get horrible dizzy spells every time I skip a pill, Help!!

Monday is my big day and I am excited and nervous and wondering how I will get through the weekend!! I want this weight off once and for all and I KNOW I will do it!!

I just love that show. I told my DH tonight that I shouldn't love it so much, but it always makes me cry. I will be watching next week.

My surgery is set for November 20th Dr Michaelson NWWLC

I got my surgery date today, November 20th as long as my insurance comes through, which it should. I am excited!!

I was told that if your insurance covered your surgery they will cover the fills as well and visa versa.

I am new as well, just starting the process. I had my 1st appointment yesterday. They are getting my letter submitted to my insurance and now I wait. Laura
