  1. I started NutriSystem and like the food being a no-brainer. I still have not lost an ounce.... I went to the Dr. and found out that I have a thyriod condition and PCOS. I will start taking my medication tomorrow. I even went on 4 protein shakes a day for 5 days and still no loss....Urrrrr!! I won't give up. We will see.
  2. I appreciate everyone's feedback so much. I can honestly say I was not making much effort to loose weight. I really thought that 90% of the time chosing the right food, and much smaller portions would be all I needed. I was wrong. I guess if my matabolism and geans were that good I wouldn't have been all that overweight to begin with. I have gone to Curves twice and started NutriSystem. We will see. I won't give up and I am glad I have band...
  3. You all are right..... I have been eating much less, but of the same foods. I guess I figured eating less would mean loosing weight. I go Saturday to join Curves and will begin NutriSystem also. That should produce results.... Thank you.
  4. I was banded at the end of October and had my first fill two weeks ago. I lost 10lbs on my pre-surgery diet and 3lbs since I was banded and that is it. It seems like I should be loosing more... I am eating so much less than before my surgery. Am I being impatient? Liquid diet time? Can you help out a fat girl who wants to loose weight??:help:
  5. I am thinking of Ortiz in Mexico. Any feedback. Hoping for November.
  6. I am researching surgeons now. I am thinking of Dr. Ortiz. I see he did your surgery. Can you give me any feedback? Thank you.
