Well day one is almost done. Did really well on my diet hoping I can keep up with it. I really want to get back down to where I was! I wasn't anywhere near my goal but I was better than where I am now and i am setting my first goal. It's a realistic goal I've learned from my mistakes.
  2. I am a little over two years out from my banding and did well the first year and fell off track. I have gained 35lbs back and am getting back on track. Any words of wisdom? Has this happened to anyone else? It seemed like my band never really worked as far as giving restriction..i would get a fill it worked for a week or so then nothing, got tired of counting caloriesl..etc..now regreting it.
  3. I had my band surgery on a tuesday was back to work on Monday. was sore and I had a sitting position had to get up and move around from squishing my stomach from sitting up so much. I am 31 with kids and full time sitting job too. you'll do fine. Good luchk
