  1. Yeah...I feel your pain...My first incident was with a piece of a dunkin donuts sugar donut...yeah I shouldn't of even thought of it...but It was over 6 months after surgeryand it was really a dime size...It was horrible, trying to find a bag to slime in while driving...and the pain horrible!!! It has happened a few other times with chicken or steak, but I have found a crazy indicator that I found out at a support group...When my pouch is full my nose runs...funny but true. I have heard it happens to others too. As soon as I feel my nose moist, I stop and Bamm...slime is to a minimum... I have learned to listen to my body more...the hard way!
  2. Do you have to buy the pouch test manual to do the test? Is that how it's done? I saw it in the 5daypouchtest.com
  3. I hate to run, but love challenges. Also I love the Walking to running method...slowly. So which plan is the 2 month plan? I see the 7 month one only?
  4. Congrats! Feb 09rs...lol I am happy I was able to do the surgery and even though I have been discouraged due to the super slow loss, I would do it again!
  5. I am a zumba lover! I love to dance and it makes the boring workouts more enjoyable. You dance your weight away and sweat like crazy...:frown:
  6. I would love to join you guys! I have stalled too and with my birthday right after the Easter challenge cut off...I need any inspiration and motivation I can get...lol :frown:
