  1. :scared2:I feel great but I don't know what to expect at my first follow up appointment with the surgeon next week. I know I have lost at least 10 pounds but my eating habits are almost exactly as they were before the LAP-BAND®. I get full on less food but I don't follow the suggested diet (protein/veggies). I have never been a meat and veggies eater so its hard to get into that habit. I hate the protein shakes so its hard to suppliment the protein with those. I need some suggestions. Also how am I going to feel after I get a fill? Will I get full on even less or what? Please let me know  Thanks all you Bandsters!
