    Thanks for all the input. Woodstock girl...its funny you mentioned Ezekial bread because my physician just emailed me some suggestions and that was one of them!! I was just about to email him back to ask where I can buy that..and you answered my question!! Thank you!! I am stopping by Trader Joes this afternoon!
