  1. I wasn't excited about the PB episode.....I am excited about finally having restriction........
  2. Well I had my 4th fill and now I know what "restriction" feels like. I had my first PB episode also......I had read about people saying that they couldn't possibly take another bite - I couldn't imagine that....Well, I understand that comment now! I also remember people saying that they could only eat 1/2 cup of food - I understand that comment now also...LOLOLOLO. I had my fill about 11 days ago and I have lost 9 pounds in 11 days...that is a good thing. The people that don't have restriction yet - hang in there, you will - it just takes time.
  3. Jennie-O Ground Lean Turkey Breast - 4 oz., 120 calories, 26 grams protien.....anything you would use ground beef for use this instead....tacos, meatballs, chili, etc...
  4. It is not a "magic" band.....It is a tool to help you obtain your goal of weight loss and to remain at your goal weight.....
  5. I was banded on December 28 and have lost 28 pounds. I was hoping to lose at a faster rate but I guess slow and steady is actually better ......
