    Hi I am here to learn as much as I can about the lap band. I am thinking of getting the surgery. On monday I am going to a seminar that the doctor gives to learn about the procedure. I am also looking for the right health insurance to buy and hopefully cover the surgery. Thanks to everyone for sharing all of this so people can read it and learn if this is right for them.

At the moment I don't have any insurance and I am looking for wisdom from all of you out there that know WAY more about this than I do. :thumbup: I live in Washington State and I am wondering if anyone might know the best insurance/plans that cover this surgery.
