I have Hoshimoto's Thyroid Disease and was falling apart from the inside out with the weight gain.  I had sleep apnea, my liver was leaking from being so fatty, I couldn't breathe.........the list goes on and on.  I hated everything, I was 32 years old, wearing a 24W and a 3xl in shirts.  My insurance denied the removal of my thyroid so my doctor decided that my next best bet was lapband.  I'm so very happy I made this choice, but I thought maybe joining a group would help me with figuring out little tips and tricks everyone uses!
