  1. I'm all done. Took about 5 minutes and not much pain (just a pinch). I definately feel restrictionnow (6CC of 10CC band). I used to be able to gulp water, now sipping even causes some minor discomfort. Doc said this would go away in a few days. 2 days liquid diet, then back to mushies for 2 days :tongue2:.
  2. Me 3 first fill tomorrow at 10am. A little nervous.
  3. I had LB surgery with Dr. Martin on April 28, 2010. I had virtually no pain, just one day of discomfort. The incisions are tiny, and two weeks out I can barely see one of them already. Great Dr. and staff!!!
  4. Hello all, I am getting banded tomorrow morning at 7:30am. I am scared out of my mind :scared2:
  5. I am getting banded at the end of the month, and have a few reservations/questions. Do you ever have a bad day and wish you didnt have the band? How do you deal with those?
  6. I am getting banded at the end of the month, and have a few reservations/questions. Do you miss eating and enjoying food? Or do you still get some enjoyment by eating less? How do you overcome being a psychological eater (eating cause bored or cause of habit), does the band help with that?
  7. Don't worry about the pre-op diet. 2 doctors told me as long as you don't gain any weight in the last two weeks you are ok. so 2 days is ok.
