Basically I have come to the conclusion that I am not able to do this on my own. I have yo yo dieted for years only to find myself disappointed. I have 5 children and I want to be around to see them grow up and have children of their own. I understand that my obesity may deny me that opportunity. I am still reatively healthy right now...and I would like to stay that way.
