I am now post op, having had my surgery on October 12, 2011. I'm feeling very good. Soreness is mostly gone at this point. Going back to work tomorrow, after taking two weeks off to recuperate. I have already lost about 28 lbs between the pre-op diet and the liquid diet that I am still on. Looking forward to working the tool. Biggest thing to do - plan, plan, plan.
