I attended an initial wls seminar in September 09. I began a 6 month supervised weight loss program for insurance approval. In November I submitted 6 months of Weight Watcher documentation and surgery was approved the week before Christmas. January 5, 2010 was my surgeon consult. Since beginning the journey to seek weight loss I sought the gastric bypass surgery. On Tuesday after a long discussion with my surgeon I decided to have Lap Band Surgery. January 13, 2010 is my surgery date!Teresa Cordon
