I am scheduled to have my surgery on 1/5/10 and am somewhat nervous. I am self paying so I haven't had to do most of the pre-surgery things that those of you with insurance paying have done. I do hope I'm doing the right thing as it is a huge amount of money but I feel that if I pay out of pocket I will be motivated to make it work. My goal is to lose 50 pounds.
