    I am a newbie to this so I have no idea what I am doing. But I have my 1st consultation appt today @ 3pm. I am nervouse and don't know what to expect. I have a lot of medical issues and not happy with me. I am 5'2, and weight 220lbs. I don't know what to expect at this appt.
