I am scheduled for RNY on Feb 12th as long as insurance approves. My last supervised diet check in is Jan 21st and they will submit everything at that time. Fingers crossed!! ?

My husband had BCN of MI when he had his sleeve done. I believe he had to do a 3 month supervised diet and once all of his requirements were done they submitted everything and he got the approval within a week. It was a pretty smooth process. This was about 3 years ago, so I am not sure how much it has changed. Good luck!

I have been eating around 700-1100 with about 80-110g of protein a day. I am know just starting to get into the routine and do not feel hungry as often. I think it takes a little while for your body to adjust to new routine so no worries.. once you are in the swing of something you will feel better.
